Description

The A/24 range is a miniature piezoelectric charge output accelerometer family designed for vibration measurement where low sensor mass and compact size are critical. Using DJB’s Konic Shear® sensing technology for strong cross-axis control, the low mass of the A/24 range helps minimise mass loading effects across a wide range of vibration response and structural testing applications.

Adhesive base versions are available with and without ceramic isolation, and an integral stud option provides mechanical fixing. All versions use the miniature coaxial KP connector.

Design and construction

The A/24 range comprises miniature adhesive or stud mount charge output accelerometers manufactured for low mass and reliable performance. DJB’s Konic Shear® ceramic design supports strong cross-axis control and repeatable measurement, while keeping the sensor mass low to reduce mass loading on lightweight structures.

Adhesive base variants are available with or without ceramic isolation, and the integral stud version provides a simple mechanical fixing option. The range uses a miniature coaxial KP connector across all variants.
