Originally established as DJ Birchall Ltd in 1974, DJB Instruments has played a significant role in the development of modern accelerometer technology. The company continues to build on the engineering principles established by founder Don Birchall, including the Konic Shear™ design, which delivers exceptional measurement stability and reduced cross-axis sensitivity.
Today, DJB remains one of the few accelerometer manufacturers designing and manufacturing products in-house, allowing close control over quality, performance and delivery.
