Description

The IH-02 is a general-purpose instrumented impact hammer designed for structural health testing, resonance determination and modal analysis. With a force range of up to 2000 N, it is well suited to excitation of medium-sized structures where controlled, repeatable impacts are required.

The hammer incorporates an internal IEPE piezoelectric force sensor that outputs a voltage signal directly. Each IH-02 is supplied as a complete kit, including a cable and a selection of interchangeable tips to suit different materials, structures and test requirements.

Design and construction
