Miniature Piezoelectric Triaxial Accelerometer - AT/01

The AT/01 is a lightweight triaxial piezoelectric charge output accelerometer designed for repeatable vibration measurement in demanding test environments. Built around three independent Konic Shear® sensing elements mounted orthogonally in a titanium block, it supports stable triaxial data capture via an industry-standard ¼-28 UNF 4-pin connector with low-noise 4-core cable assemblies.

Description

The AT/01 is a lightweight triaxial piezoelectric charge output accelerometer designed for rugged and repeatable vibration measurement in demanding test environments. It comprises three independent Konic Shear® charge output sensing elements mounted orthogonally within a titanium block, enabling stable triaxial measurement with minimised cross-axis effects.

Key specifications

  • Sensitivity: 2 pC/g nominal
  • Weight: 6.8–9.9 g (variant dependent)
  • Maximum temperature: -50°C to 200°C

Model variations

  • AT/01
  • AT/01/TB
  • AT/01/F

Design and construction

The AT/01 is a unique DJB design featuring three charge output piezoelectric accelerometer elements mounted orthogonally within a titanium block and connected via a single 4-pin connector. The use of independent Konic Shear® sensing elements supports rugged construction and repeatable triaxial measurement under extreme conditions.

High-temperature piezoceramics are used as standard to support thermal stability. Using the industry-standard ¼-28 UNF 4-pin connector for a single cable connection, the AT/01 must be used with DJB’s low-noise 4-core cable assemblies to help reduce triboelectric noise effects.
