World-class vibration monitoring experts to address the prestigious Beran Conference
Latest innovations will be showcased at Beran Conference 2026 (1–2 July 2026, Beran Instruments Ltd, Torrington, Devon)
Vibration monitoring experts from across the globe will converge at the Beran Conference 2026 – an elite engineering innovation summit that has taken place only four times in the last 17 years.
They will unveil the latest developments in vibration monitoring for sectors including power generation, oil and gas, petrochemicals, nuclear and water.
Entry to this elite conference is limited to just 40 delegates and – at the time of going to press – only 15 places remained.
The free event is being held on 1–2 July 2026 at Beran Instruments Ltd, a CMTG company. Beran is a world-class specialist in the innovation of condition monitoring solutions tailored specifically for the power industry.
Speaking for the second time at the Beran Conference will be highly respected Professor Aly El-Shafei, Managing Director at RITEC, the largest Predictive Maintenance (PdM)/Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) company in the Middle East.
Dr El-Shafei is also Professor of Vibration Engineering at Cairo University, is a Certified Vibration Analyst (Category IV), holds a PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and is Vice President of the Vibration Institute, USA.
He chairs the ISO working group responsible for developing international standards on machinery vibration diagnostics (ISO 13373), holds five US patents and has published more than 80 papers on rotordynamics and machinery diagnostics. In 2017, he received the Grand African Innovation Award.

This year’s Beran Conference will be only the fifth of its kind. Beran is hosting the event at its UK HQ in Torrington, Devon – giving delegates a greater opportunity to view its cutting-edge developments in condition monitoring solutions for rotating machinery.
Previous conferences have been held at the SS Great Britain, Bristol (2015), Iron Bridge, Shropshire (2022) and Chatsworth House, Derbyshire (2024).
