Two days of technical insight, live demonstrations and hands-on discussion at Beran HQ

Join us at Beran HQ in Torrington, North Devon, on Wednesday 1 and Thursday 2 July 2026 for the Beran Conference 2026.

This free-to-attend, in-person event brings together engineers, analysts, developers, users and industry specialists for two days of practical learning, real-world case studies and direct access to the people behind Beran's condition monitoring technology.

Please note: this is an in-person event only. Sessions will not be streamed online, and recordings will not be made available after the event.

Places are limited, and early registration is strongly recommended.

Day 1 brings together external speakers from across the power generation, utilities and condition monitoring sectors alongside Beran and CMTG team sessions covering software, technology and system developments.

Crack in steam turbine rotor: yes or no?

A technical case study exploring whether balancing data alone is sufficient to conclude the presence of a steam turbine rotor crack, and what other indicators should be monitored.

New software developments: PlantProtech™ Vision V4.5.0 and V4.6.0

A deep dive into new software developments, including PlantProtech™ Vision updates, new QSAM static process and digital input modules, and data exporting.

Cybersecurity in condition monitoring

Monitoring SSE Thermal's CCGT fleet with Beran PlantProtech™

Demonstrations and factory tour
From the afternoon, delegates will take part in a series of live demonstrations and a guided factory tour, split into groups, including:

  • Helitune rotor track and balance demonstration
  • Factory tour of Beran HQ: assembly, test areas and manufacturing procedures
  • PlantProtech™ 7600 PCMS demonstration
  • PlantProtech™ 7600 PCMS protection system demonstration
  • PlantProtech™ Mobile demonstration

Networking and technical discussion
Dedicated time for delegates to speak with presenters, Beran specialists and fellow attendees.

19:00 onwards: Networking dinner at The Instow Arms, Instow
Join fellow attendees, presenters and the Beran team for an informal evening meal overlooking the North Devon estuary. Dinner is provided by Beran as part of the conference experience.
