Condition Monitoring Technology Group (CMTG) is pleased to announce that its French subsidiary, SEMIA (based in Cergy, France), has completed the acquisition of DJB Instruments France, formerly operating from Verdun. This strategic move brings DJB's European operations fully into the CMTG family.
About the acquisition
Founded in 1974, DJB Instruments is a respected UK manufacturer of accelerometers, signal conditioning equipment, and calibration services. In 2021, CMTG acquired DJB Instruments UK, and this latest development finalises the Group’s acquisition of DJB across Europe.
By integrating DJB Instruments France, CMTG further strengthens its presence in the European test and measurement market and ensures closer support for customers across France and neighbouring regions.
