New low and high-force hammers expand the range for structural and modal testing
DJB Instruments (UK) Ltd is pleased to announce the expansion of its IEPE impact hammer range with the addition of two new models designed to support a broader range of structural and modal testing requirements.
The new hammers fill key gaps in the product line, offering solutions from lightweight structural excitation to high-impact force measurements:
- IH/01-50: 50 N range with a sensitivity of 100 mV/N
- IH/20: 20 kN range with a sensitivity of 0.25 mV/N
These additions mean DJB now offers a complete IEPE impact hammer range comprising seven different models, all designed for precise force measurement. Each hammer is supplied as a comprehensive kit that includes a selection of tips, a cable (BNC termination), and, for selected models, optional rear masses for increased impact flexibility.
To support a variety of testing scenarios, DJB also offers a wide selection of compatible accelerometers and cables, ensuring complete system integration for structural and modal analysis.
