Beran Conference: Event terms and conditions
Attendance
Attendance at the Beran Conference 2026 is complimentary. Registration grants access to conference sessions, factory tours, demonstrations and scheduled networking activities held at Beran HQ in Torrington, Devon.
Refreshments and catering provided as part of the conference programme are included. Travel, accommodation and any additional personal expenses remain the responsibility of the attendee unless otherwise stated.
Photography, video and recording
Beran reserves the right to capture photographs, video footage and audio recordings during the event.
By attending, participants consent to the use of this material for promotional, editorial and marketing purposes, including websites, social media, digital communications, printed materials and promotion of future events.
Presentation content
Where presenters have agreed in advance, presentation materials or abstracts may be published following the event as part of Beran’s technical resources or conference communications. Presenters will be consulted before publication of materials.
Participant responsibility
Attendees participate in conference activities at their own risk. Beran accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage sustained during attendance except where required by law.
Health and safety
Attendees must comply with all health and safety guidance provided by Beran personnel while on site, particularly during factory tours or demonstration activities. Visitors must follow all instructions issued by event staff and observe applicable workplace safety requirements.
Event venue
The conference will take place at Beran HQ, Hatchmoor Industrial Estate, Torrington, Devon. Attendees must comply with all site regulations and visitor requirements while on the premises.
Personal belongings
Beran accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings, equipment, laptops or vehicles brought to the event.
Event communications
Beran may contact attendees via email or telephone regarding event updates, logistical information or urgent communications relating to the conference.
Event capacity
Attendance is limited. Registration will close once capacity is reached.
Changes to programme, venue or dates
Beran reserves the right to amend the event programme, venue, speakers or schedule where necessary. Attendees will be informed of any significant changes.
Event cancellation
In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled, Beran will notify registered attendees as soon as reasonably possible. Beran shall not be liable for travel, accommodation or other costs incurred by attendees.
Cancellation by attendees
If an attendee is no longer able to attend, Beran requests notification as soon as possible to allow reallocation of the place due to limited capacity.
Right to decline registration
Beran reserves the right to decline or cancel registrations at its discretion.
Updates to terms and conditions
Beran reserves the right to update these terms and conditions before the event. The latest version will be available on the Beran website.
