Software downloads are available to customers with a licensed DATS system.
How to request a download
While we move to our new website, software downloads are available on request from our support team. Email us with the details below and we'll send you a secure download link.
- Your name and company
- Your DATS licence or system serial number
- The version of DATS you're currently using
- Your operating system (for example, Windows 11)
Before you update
- Back up your data and any custom worksheets before installing an update
- Check that your licence covers the version you're installing
- If you're unsure which update you need, ask our support team, and we'll be happy to help
