RT-6 launch and major order
The award year saw two significant milestones for the Group. CMG completed a £2 million, two-year development programme for the RT-6 — its next-generation helicopter rotor track and balance system — and secured a substantial order to supply a key customer with a complete refresh of their ageing RT-2000 systems, originally procured in the early 2000s.
Earlier in 2015, the RT-6 was launched at HeliTech — Europe's largest helicopter trade show — at ExCeL London from 6 to 8 October, where it generated significant interest from an international audience.
