Our team of experienced Flight Test Engineers has accumulated thousands of flight test hours across civil, military and specialist aviation operations. From standard aircraft configurations through to complex flight trials and bespoke programmes, Helitune works closely with operators and OEMs to ensure monitoring systems are correctly specified, installed and applied.
Rotor Track and Balance (RTB) involves measuring and correcting vibration generated by rotating components in helicopter rotors and fixed-wing aircraft propellers. Accurate RTB is critical to maintaining aircraft performance, reducing vibration-induced wear and ensuring safe operation.
