Beran Conference 2026: Event terms and conditions
- Payment
Attendance at the Beran Conference 2026 is complimentary. Your ticket includes access to the full event programme, on-site parking, and catering as outlined in the event schedule. Day 1 includes morning refreshments, lunch, and an evening meal. Day 2 includes refreshments and lunch. Any additional expenses (e.g. extra drinks, hotel costs, incidental purchases) are not covered and will be at the attendee’s own expense. - Photography and recording
Beran reserves the right to take photographs, video, audio recordings, and soundbites throughout the event. By attending, you consent to the use of these materials for promotional purposes, including marketing of future events via digital platforms, printed materials, our website, and social media channels. - Participant responsibility
Attendees participate in the event at their own risk. Beran cannot be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the event. - Health and Safety
Attendees are responsible for their own personal safety and are expected to follow all health and safety instructions provided by event staff and the venue. Attendees should also observe any health and safety policies applicable to them through their employer or organisation. - Event venue
All attendees must adhere to the policies, safety guidance, and code of conduct established by the event venue, which will be confirmed closer to the time. - Personal belongings
Beran accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal items, equipment, laptops, or vehicles brought to the event by attendees. - Accessibility and dietary requirements
Attendees with specific access or dietary needs should inform the organisers in advance so appropriate arrangements can be made. We will do our best to accommodate all reasonable requests. - Communication
Attendees may receive event-related communications by email, post, or SMS for updates and logistical information. Please ensure your contact details are up to date when registering. - Privacy and data protection
Any personal data provided during registration will be processed in accordance with Beran’s privacy policy and used only for the purpose of organising and managing your attendance at this event. - Event capacity
Places are limited. Registration will close once the event reaches capacity. Early booking is advised. - Venue and date changes:
Beran reserves the right to change the event venue, dates, speakers, or programme details. Any significant changes will be communicated to registered attendees as soon as possible. - Event cancellation
If the event is cancelled, Beran will inform attendees promptly. Beran is not liable for any costs incurred by attendees in relation to travel or accommodation. - Cancellation by attendees
If you can no longer attend, please notify us as soon as possible so we can reallocate your place to another participant. - Right to decline registration
Beran reserves the right to cancel or decline any registration at its discretion. - Updates to Terms and Conditions
These terms may be updated before the event. Registered attendees will be notified of any changes.
