SEMIA completes acquisition of DJB Instruments France
CMTG's French subsidiary, SEMIA, based in Cergy, France, has completed the acquisition of DJB Instruments France, formerly based in Verdun. The move brings DJB's European operations fully into the CMTG family, finalising the group's acquisition of DJB across Europe following the UK acquisition in 2021.
About the acquisition
Founded in 1974, DJB Instruments is a UK manufacturer of accelerometers, signal-conditioning equipment, and calibration services. By integrating DJB Instruments France, CMTG strengthens its presence in the European test and measurement market and ensures closer support for customers across France and neighbouring regions.
