SEI’s Structural Data Recording Set (SDRS) offers advanced, microprocessor-controlled monitoring for both fixed and rotary wing aircraft. With simultaneous multi-channel recording, built-in test functions, and configurable parameters, SDRS delivers reliable, high-performance data capture for mission-critical aviation needs.

SEI’s Airframe Cumulative Fatigue Monitoring System (ACFMS) is a lightweight, low-power data recording solution designed to monitor key flight parameters such as airspeed, altitude, and acceleration. At the system’s core is the A1000 Cumulative Fatigue Recorder (CFR), capable of capturing eight analog and eight digital signals. Paired with the TR-359 Air Data Transducer, the ACFMS offers dependable, real-time insights into structural loading and flight envelope conditions—ideal for fatigue tracking across diverse aircraft platforms.

SEI’s Maintenance Data Processing Station (MDPS) is an all-in-one ground support system designed for SEI’s AN/ASH-37(v) and AN/ASH-40 Flight Data Recorders. Ideal for quick “look-see” capabilities, the MDPS allows for fast downloading and storage of flight data onto diskette, as well as configuration of SDRS systems. It also provides optional .wav file decoding and playback for SEI’s CSRMU Cockpit Voice Recorder, all housed in a ruggedized, flight-line ready case for durability and portability.

SEI’s Airframe Cumulative Fatigue Monitoring System (ACFMS) now comes with an integrated Global Positioning System (GPS) interface, adding another layer of precision to its fatigue monitoring capabilities.
Designed for low power consumption and ease of installation, the ACFMS uses the A1000 Cumulative Fatigue Recorder (CFR) to track key flight parameters like airspeed, altitude, and accelerations, while also recording GPS coordinates for location-specific analysis of structural stress and fatigue across your aircraft fleet.

The Data Entry Keypad (DEK) is a microcontroller-based input unit designed to collect and store up to 16 flight-specific data items for use with SEI’s Structural Data Recording Set.

The Remote Storage Interface Unit (RSIU) is designed to work with the Structural Data Recorder Set, transmitting processed flight data from the Recorder Converter to the Remote Storage Unit. Compact and efficient, it shares the same footprint as the Memory Unit and simplifies data capture for download via PCMCIA storage cards.

The Signal Data Converter (SDC) enhances the capabilities of SEI’s Structural Data Recording Set by processing and adapting a wide range of aircraft data inputs.
Built to support both fixed and rotary wing platforms, the SDC is available in multiple configurations tailored to specific customer needs, from modular plug-in units to specialised builds for legacy aircraft like the F-14A, E-2C, and C-2A. It enables seamless integration with serial, synchro, analog, and aircraft data bus formats.

SEI’s Remote Storage Unit (RSU) is a rugged, compact solution for secure data storage and retrieval using industry-standard PC cards.
Qualified to MIL-STD-810 and RTCA DO-160, the RSU ensures reliable performance in demanding environments.

The Data Storage Card (DSC) is built to work with the Structural Data Recording Set, providing reliable and easily removable storage for flight data.
With capacities up to 32GB and a compact form factor, it enables efficient data retrieval using Ground Station Software—ideal for storing multiple flight sessions.
