Airframe Cumulative Fatigue Monitoring System (ACFMS)
SEI’s Airframe Cumulative Fatigue Monitoring System (ACFMS) is a lightweight, low-power data recording solution designed to monitor key flight parameters such as airspeed, altitude, and acceleration. At the system’s core is the A1000 Cumulative Fatigue Recorder (CFR), capable of capturing eight analog and eight digital signals. Paired with the TR-359 Air Data Transducer, the ACFMS offers dependable, real-time insights into structural loading and flight envelope conditions—ideal for fatigue tracking across diverse aircraft platforms.
Description
SEI's Aircraft Cumulative Fatigue Monitoring System (ACFMS) is an advanced, low-cost data recording system capable of monitoring airspeed, altitude, and accelerations.
The "heart" of the system is the Cumulative Fatigue Recorder (CFR) Model A1000, capable of recording eight analog and eight digital signals.
The CFR's low power consumption, light weight, and small size allow for easy aircraft installation. The ACFMS includes the Air Data Transducer (ADX) TR-359, which converts the aircraft's pitot and static pressures into CFR-compatible signals.
