Comprehensive calibration solutions 

At DJB Instruments, we offer in-house calibration services traceable to National Standards. Our facility is equipped to calibrate both charge and IEPE accelerometers, as well as signal conditioning equipment from all manufacturers. 

Regular calibration is vital to maintain the performance and longevity of your equipment. 

Our standard calibration service includes: 

  • Frequency sweep from 10Hz to 10kHz (or upper limit of the accelerometer if less than 10kHz) under controlled ambient conditions.
  • Optional extended services: frequency sweeps from 1Hz to 15kHz, high-temperature, and high-pressure calibrations. 

Realistic turnaround times 

Our typical turnaround time is approximately one week, depending on the number of devices and the current workload. We strive to complete calibrations promptly without compromising quality.

Accelerometers can remain functional for decades if properly maintained. However, age, usage, and environmental conditions can affect their performance. Regular calibration helps:
