At DJB Instruments, we offer in-house calibration services traceable to National Standards. Our facility is equipped to calibrate both charge and IEPE accelerometers, as well as signal conditioning equipment from all manufacturers.

Our standard calibration service includes:
- Frequency sweep from 10Hz to 10kHz (or upper limit of the accelerometer if less than 10kHz) under controlled ambient conditions.
- Optional extended services: frequency sweeps from 1Hz to 15kHz, high-temperature, and high-pressure calibrations.
Realistic turnaround times
Our typical turnaround time is approximately one week, depending on the number of devices and the current workload. We strive to complete calibrations promptly without compromising quality.

As most connectors (such as 10-32UNF microdot, BNC, etc.) are standardised, DJB can provide a test and repair service for nearly any cable from any supplier. Many cable failures are caused by damage or wear to connectors. By simply removing and refitting a new connector, your cable is restored to full functionality at a fraction of the cost, with minimal reduction in usable cable length.
