Our CMTG Social Media accounts have been created to engage with those interested in CMTG and its brands. With that in mind, we ask that all contributions are constructive, and respectful and contain appropriate language. We therefore reserve the right to block users from engaging with our accounts that are:

  • Racist, sexist, homophobic, obscene, indecent, profane or vulgar
  • Threatening or aggressive in any way
  • Promoting or endorsing any product or service
  • Posting content deemed as ‘SPAM’ 

All comments from users which violate the terms listed above will be deleted and, if appropriate, passed to the social media platform for further action.

These terms and conditions (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If any provisions of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
