Software Developers – All Levels

The role
The Company is seeking to recruit talented and creative software engineers based at either our Torrington or Fareham offices, in order to expand our project delivery capability, enabling us to meet our ambitious product development plans.
You will be joining a multi-functional team within an engineering organisation with strong links across industry and academia, where a combination of world-class, highly innovative products, robust engineering processes, and use of the latest technologies combine to support our customers, operating within some of the most highly regulated industrial, aerospace, and automotive sectors worldwide.
The role offers the opportunity for future professional development within our career development framework, team leadership roles, and other positions within our growing multi-disciplinary engineering team, with opportunities across the broader CMTG group.
Main responsibilities
You will be an integral part of an agile software team contributing to the development, testing, and technical support of our range of aviation and industrial condition monitoring products. The work will include the continual development of our core product lines, new software applications to support bespoke customer requirements, and the development of applications for internal activities.
You will form part of a wider multi-disciplinary team working together to engineer our world-class condition-monitoring product lines. There will also be the opportunity for overseas travel to support customer activities.
Skills and experience
- Degree educated or have a suitable level of relevant experience
- Working knowledge in at least one of the following languages: C# XAML/WPF, C++, ReactJS, Rust, Javascript, and Typescript
- Appreciation of version-control systems such as GIT
- Experience working in an Agile software delivery environment would be beneficial
